Karl Robb Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Nomination & Remuneration Committee

Mr. Karl Robb has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director. He has more than 40 years of experience in the software engineering and IT solutions industries. Karl began his extensive career in 1982 with the global solutions provider ICL and spent seven years in the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Sweden in a variety of roles, including: Business Analyst, Sales, Product Management and Marketing and Major Account Management with EU Governmental Institutions.

In 1993, Mr. Robb co-founded Mobile Computing Systems, a mobile enterprise development platform and vertical applications provider in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy, which was acquired by the Malaysian telecom operator. In 2001, Karl co-founded Fathom Technology and served as its CEO until it merged with EPAM Systems in 2004, following which Karl joined the Supervisor Board of EPAM Systems Inc, and served as both the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and President of EPAM Systems Europe until 2015. He has continued to serve on EPAM’s board, as an Independent Director, since his retirement.
