Mr. Jacques Guers is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. He has 40+ years of experience in the industry, having worked in various commercial and managerial positions within Europe and the Emerging Markets. Today Jacques is leading a family business focused on Urban Mobility and Motorcycling.

In 2007, Jacques got appointed as ‘Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur’ for his contribution to the French economy as a member of MEDEF – the leading network of entrepreneurs in France, a result of his significant involvement in efforts with the French government to improve the economy’s attractiveness for foreign investments.
